MIM2018: Shuttle bus service available

Dear all, The next MIM conference will be held from 15 - 20 April 2018 at the International Conference Centre Abdou Diouf (CICAD) in Diamniadio, Senegal.

The conference center is located about thirty kilometers away from downtown Dakar.

The MIM Organizing Committee would like to inform you that a shuttle bus service will be made available to all participants for transportation from partner hotels to the conference center.

We look forward to seeing you all in April in Senegal.

Can there be a link between Durable Malaria Elimination and Democracy?  Testing a hypothesis.

Democracy is a belief in freedom, a belief in equality between people, a belief that everyone should have an equal say in deciding our collective future.

Four years ago, with the Arab Spring, it was believed democracy was about to spread around the region. But there was no such spontaneous or mechanical outcome. Instead there was bloodshed and civil war.

So what went wrong?

The MIM Scientific Committee understands that some exciting research could not be submitted at closing date for abstracts submission. Late breaker abstracts are brief presentations of new high-impact data or studies to enrich the conference program.
