The primary role of this position is to undertake laboratory assays relevant to malaria studies and assist with laboratory maintenance. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor of Science or equivalent, or relevant experience combined with a suitable tertiary qualification. Demonstrated commitment to quality control, abilities to work as part of a team and to undertake laboratory assays with the highest care, skill, rigour and attention to detail are also essential. This position requires travel to Indonesia and other field sites and will require excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Skills in data management and analysis are desirable.
